Exchangor acquires replacement property and has completed the 1031 exchange process.4. Downstream transfers proceeds to purchase escrow in order to acquire replace ment property5. Downstream instructs the purchas escrow to directly deed the replacement property from Seller to Exchangor.3. At the close of escrow, the proceeds from the relinquished property are transferred to Downstream's segregated account.
